Beer, Wine, and Spirits

Cielo Cucumber Mint Mojito from Beverage Manager Toni Ann at Cielo Restaurant 

In a mixing glass, add 4-5 leaves fresh mint, a wedge of fresh lime, and 1/4 ounce agave nectar. Gently muddle, then add 1-1/2 ounces white rum and pack mixing glass with ice. Shake well and strain into a large bubble glass. Top with 3-4 ounces club soda. Garnish with fresh mint, a wheel of lime, and a cucumber slice. If desired, add 2 thin slices jalapeño.


Watermelon Margarita from George & Martha's

In a shaker with ice, combine 2 ounces fresh watermelon purée, 2 ounces freshly-squeezed lime juice, 1 ounce freshly-squeezed orange juice, 1 ounce lime-infused simple syrup, 1-1/4 ounces Patrón Tequila, and 1 ounce Cointreau. Shake well and strain over ice into a lowball glass with a sugared and salted rim
