We are looking forward to having you as a competitor at Chicken Fight Festival 2025! Please take a moment to fill out this logistics form in its entirety. You can use the arrows in the bottom right corner of this form to go back if needed.
What WE provide:
- Buckhead Prime Chicken
- 10 x 10 tent
- Two Tables (front with linen + back as a prep area)
- Standard Banner with Restaurant Name and sponsors
- One Fryer & One Propane Tank
- Assistance with all Health Forms
- Health Department code hand washing station
- Alcohol partnership for cocktail competition (if applicable)
What YOU provide:
- 1,500 Samples
- Max 5 staff to distribute samples & interact with attendees
- Any additional equipment required
- Fun booth decor
- Pre-mixed Cocktail (if competing in Cocktail)
- EXTENSION CORDS
Help Us Make Chicken Fight A Zero Waste Festival!
By using only compostable product for food service, you will help to us make an impact. To make this easier on you, all guests will be provided a compostable festival plate. You are welcome to serve your dish directly on to the plate, but if you chose to use a vessel, it must be compostable.
Use only compostable cups for drinks. Avoid straws, or use paper or compostable
⚡️ Power & Equipment ⚡️
PLEASE READ: We need to know if you are bringing any high-energy drawing items like frozen drink machines, hot plates, heat lamps, and the like. ***If you have two warmers, that would mean two separate circuits (We don't want those running on one circuit with a power strip). Things that don't draw a lot of power are extra bistro lighting or laptops etc., those can share power on a power strip. Please contact us if any of the above is an issue. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN EXTENSION CORDS, WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY EXTENSION CORDS!
A CC charge of $5 will be processed to reserve your spot.
In the event of a restaurant dropping out of participating $500 will be processed within thirty (30) days of the event.
